Just purchased our first caravan from Charlie and jody. Over the moon tbh. Helped out with finance, kept it till I was ready to pick it up. Always there on the phone to answer queries, cant ask for anything more. On going help and advice offered and definitely will be using them for services. I Purchased my caravan from these sellers & have got to give them 110% . So helpful & also give gas bottle ok half full but you don’t get a service like that with main dealer & caravan show .I would not hesitate on recommending ..... keep up with good work you are doing well.

 

 

Excellent Customer Service
Collier Street Caravans are an excellent company. We have just traded in our old caravan and purchased a replacement secondhand caravan from them. They are very nice people to deal with, very helpful and their customer service is excellent. We would highly recommend them.
 
 

 

Unbelievable customer service. Brilliant.
My wife and I visited Collier Caravans as newbies. Didn't have a clue what we were doing. But thanks to Jody we came away knowing just what we wanted. We couldn't fault the site the hospitality and customer service, its truly is second to none.
We had easy access to all the vans, with the focus being on the customers needs not a sale, a very pleasurable walk round.
We came in as green as grass and left as tomorrow's customer

 

Exceptional customer service
Purchased a second caravan from Charlie and Jodie a couple of months ago.
During our trip to North Wales we discovered that one of our burners was not working. A phone call to Jody at 12:30 the day we returned she informed me that Charlie would pop round and sort out the problem.
When we got back from visiting the grandkids we found the Charlie had been round and sorted out the problem the stove is now working.
This family buisness certainly know how to look after their customers. If you want to buy a used caravan with excellent customer service visit Collier St caravans. Nuff said.

Great for 1st timers
I’m totally new to caravans and didn’t have a clue, took the family down there and my wife fell in love with a caravan, I was totally nervous, but Charlie couldn’t be more helpful, talking me through all the things to do and what you need, after we got it weeks later there was a few minor issues to sort and he was always on the phone to help out ( not thanks for your money now bye like some of the others ) , I would 100% recommend this company , especially to 1st timers like myself 10/10 for customer service

I have been looking for some time for an inexpensive 2 berth van and have seen a lot of rubbish. I found Collier street caravans via Gumtree and made a visit and was AMAZED at the quality of the whole place. Lots of very nice vans and very nice professional people selling them. Excellent caravan, just what we were looking for.
We found our 2008 Bailey Ranger 460-4 online at Collier Street Caravans after searching for 'fixed bed caravans'. The description was very detailed and the weights indicated that this fixed bed was light enough for our car. The photos showed an immaculate caravan, and after a call to Charlie, and a 200 mile drive, we bought it. As good as described, we were very pleased with the caravan and customer service that Charlie and Jodie gave us. Charlie took the time to show us how everything on the caravan worked. Long distance customers from Carlisle buying unseen in faith for a caravan of £13,000 in value
As we are over 300 mile away we took a leap of faith buying a caravan unseen from Collier Street Caravans. Charlie and Jody instantly made us feel we could trust them and this definitely was the case. They sent a video thoroughly appraising the caravan and we were confident that their description "immaculate" was correct.
At every stage receipts were sent by e mail and texts were sent when monies were received into their account. Very reassuring.
The caravan arrived here by courier, it was exactly as described and we are delighted with it.

Purchasing Bailey Olympus 525 Caravan
Having called at Collier Street Caravans we viewed and bought a Bailey Olympus 525 caravan on impulse. We paid in full that day and the caravan was delivered to us 3 days later. It was a pleasure dealing with Charlie and his wife. After delivery the had a few minor problems/faults which were promptly rectified. The after sales service was excellent - second to none. We called Charlie and he made sure the specialist visited twice - at his expense - until the problem was rectified. Five star service, very impressive. We would not hesitate to buy from them again . What can we say, 5 stars are well deserved. As newbies to caravans we had a lot of questions and Charlie couldn't have been more helpful or patient with us . We now have a lovely caravan, immaculate condition. The after sales service has also been fantastic, nothing has been too much trouble for Jodie and Charlie, thanks guys.

Excellent Service.
We were looking for our first caravan, so we were a bit wary and having read horror stories of privately purchased caravans being damp or having other problems we decided to look at local dealers. We found Collier Street Caravans through an advert on Gumtree and they had a caravan which ticked all of our boxes at a good price and offered 3 months warranty. I emailed Jody and arranged a viewing, she couldn't have been more amiable and obliging. We decided that it was the caravan for us and Charlie showed us how all the appliances and the motor mover worked. There was no pressure sale and we were given all the time we needed to look around the caravan.
After buying we did find a problem but Charlie and Jody sorted it out quickly for us. It's rare to see a company providing such excellent Customer and After Sales Service these days. We'll definitely be buying our next caravan from you when the time comes and recommend CSC to anyone looking for a caravan. Thank you Jody and Charlie.
 
 
Caravan Purchase
We wouldn't normally write a review, however we were so impressed with Collier Street Caravans, we just felt we had to write this review.

Charlie was very helpful and gave excellent customer service, the caravans were very clean and well looked after. We visited many caravan sales dealers, however this one stood out from the rest. We felt very relaxed and there was no pressure to ever buy anything as we looked around.
We would highly recommend collier street caravans for anyone who is looking for excellent customer service and good value for money.

Yet again Charlie to the rescue we brought a caravan of Charlie in January we went away in it at easter and the charger was faulty. When we got back home I phoned Charlie and explained he promptly got a new charger had it fitted every thing ok now would highly recommend Charlie and collier street caravans thanks again charlie

It's true the best customer service ever !
I don't give reviews easily but I can't resist, we went feeling a bit sceptical about purchasing from a dealer but was almost at once very assured that Collier street caravans is a very caring professional dealership. And we were offerd all the amenities that the website talks about which has to be the only one I've ever heard of to offer over night conveniences although we didn't use them as we used there delivery option . Very happy and will always trade in with them . Recommended !
Great Service
I bought a Bailey Indianna last week form Collier Street Caravans. I have to say that my experience with them was second to none. The caravan itself was exactly as described and they even pointed out some little minor dints that we had not noticed. Everything was fully checked and we were even able to stay on there over night pitch before our long journey home.

I cant recommend this business enough, nothing was too much trouble for them. Thanks Collier Streett will definetly recoomend you to friends & family in the future.
